RETURN POLICY

DIGITAL PRODUCTS 

Due to the nature of downloadable products, no refunds of any kind will be given for any reason. All sales are final.

IF MY ITEMS ARE DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT:
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email gunmen.us@gmail.com and include

-Your order number
-Name on the order
-Email the order was made with  
-Your request and most importantly
-A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.

The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing. 

This applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. We reserve the right to verify proof of purchase when processing claims. The item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging in order to receive a refund for the returned item. This applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. You must return the item(s) within 14 business days of delivery and will be required to return the item(s) at your own expense.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. Shipping will not be refunded.

RETURNS 

  • Because we make everything "on demand", requesting a size/color exchange would mean producing an entirely new product. Because we are just a little brand trying our best to supply the highest quality products we can offer we sadly cannot offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please follow the steps of our return policy under "I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?" Be sure to watch our video showing all the products we offer and what different sizes look like so you can make sure you get the correct size the first time! If you’re still unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product images section.Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please follow the steps of our return policy under "I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?"

  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

  • If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report via the process above.

  • The return address is set by default to my distributors facility. When they receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. 

  • Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

  • Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

  • Returned by Customer - we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. 

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
