One of the best adjustable gas blocks ive used. If you can afford it get the DLC version but this is the one I use and love. 

Are you going to switch out a ton of it? Yes... but its hard to find a kit where its only the springs and detents and this is the best one ive found besides Aero precisions. so you can choose. $35 or $110

I originally got an H3 but I couldnt get the gas tuning right until I used the H2. So go with an H2.

Honestly not a bad sling at all. You will need to buy the QDs separately though. Just get BCMs from trex arms site.
